The group identified the need for a Chief People & Culture Officer, responsible for developing, driving, and leading the People and Culture strategy and operational efforts, while also providing business support to the CEO and Group Management. The individual is a critical member of the Executive Leadership Team, serving as a senior professional who delivers efficient, business-oriented, and proactive support to the organization.

Scania Financial Services is serving customers, dealers and distributors in 63 markets through 16 business units with financing and insurance solutions. 1200 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of 160.000 trucks, buses, coaches and trailers representing around 100 bn SEK of assets financed and more than 100.000 insurance policies.
Scania is now undergoing a transformation, from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to becoming a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. Scania Financial Services have a need to re-position into the digital economy. This means a major transformation to move into the next generation’s way of working with digital platforms and solutions. The mission is to work closely with stakeholders to enable seamless delivery and assist the acceleration of new services provided to the markets all over the world. The organization is moving from being heavily ERP focused to use modern forward-leaning digital tools.
In order to facilitate and drive this change, Scania Financial Services was in need of an absolute key position, a change strategist that would be leading the global transformation program Unity. A senior program manager with experience of complex international projects, a confident leader that could stay calm when storming.

The company was in need of a senior leader to drive the IT Transformation agenda within the group, and commissioned EQ Executive Search to find a Vice President IT Solutions & Transformation. A new position with overall responsibility for setting the strategy and driving change towards IT to become a commercial and business-oriented activity that creates value for the organization and final customers.
