You lay the groundwork for securing a successful delivery supporting the team in the quest to identify the best candidate by creating and delivering top-tier candidates.

You are an expert in interpreting our clients’ needs and the point of contact for our candidates, where you work daily on building a pipeline of executive talents, developing search strategies, attracting and evaluating talent. 

Who are you

We think you have previous relevant experience in Executive Research coupled with robust business insight and analytical capabilities, a keen intellectual curiosity and exceptional communication skills. You are a team player with drive and tenacity that share our core values with passion.

For this position fluency in Swedish and English is required. We have a hybrid office setup and our brand new office is located in central Stockholm.
