Lernia wanted to improve the ability to develop new services while simultaneously driving cost-efficiency. A fundamental part of enabling this journey was to strenghten the digital competence by defining a new CIO position in the Executive Management Team. This position requires the ability to capitalize on new business opportunities, as well as discovering intelligent ways to enhancing efficiency.
